Fraction Art

In math we have been studying fractions. A fraction is a whole something divided into equal groups. We have learned about halves, fourths and eighths. We helped Coach V. solve the problem of dividing the playground for Field Day. Today we folded and cut paper, shared a fraction of our paper with other groups, then created a poster to welcome Dan Yaccarino, an author who will be. Visiting us on Wednesday.
